Plus, your home’s in a Balwin Lifestyle Estate that, when things get better (and they will), you and your family can once again enjoy everything your estate has to offer. Imagine this: Friday afternoon. You pull up at the single access gatehouse managed by highly-trained, 24/7 security personnel. You’re waved through with a smile and, as you enter the beautifully landscaped interior, the grind of your working week falls away, replaced by a sense of safety and wellbeing. You’re home. Lit by the late afternoon sun, your open plan design apartment welcomes you. Kids are at the Lifestyle Centre, either swimming in the communal pool, playing touch on the sports field, working out at the gym; whatever. No worries. They’ll be home soon. You pour a glass of your favourite beverage and start preparing dinner. Your stylish kitchen, with its top-quality, built-in appliances and features, is an absolute pleasure. Jack the cat sashays in from outside, purring for food.  Pet-friendly is good. And, when everyone arrives at the designated hour, dinner is delicious. Saturday. You wake up your pulse rate with a kilometre or three on the onsite running track, followed by a leisurely shower in your ultra-modern ensuite bathroom. Then off to the mall with your partner and kids. A hearty breakfast, then shop shop, shop; with everything you want and need mere minutes from your home. What a lifestyle! Sunday. Your day starts with a relaxing spa before you think, ’What’s for lunch?’ Italian food with family and friends at the onsite Amici Pizzeria, or a seriously South African braai beside the communal pool? Decisions, decisions. You spend an afternoon hour or two pottering around in your balcony garden before watching episodes of your favourite series. You’re recharged, relaxed and ready for the week. So! If you’re looking to march into 2020 with the confidence, hope and positivity of a healthy, warm and welcoming home environment, look no further than a Balwin Lifestyle Estate. ### Related Articles ##### [![WITH BALWIN, BACK TO SCHOOL IS COOL !](https://news.balwin.co.za/hubfs/Imported_Blog_Media/WITH-BALWIN-BACK-TO-SCHOOL-IS-COOL-600x338-1.jpg) Lifestyle • January 03, 2020 WITH BALWIN, BACK TO SCHOOL IS COOL ! 1 min read](https://news.balwin.co.za/news-events/with-balwin-back-to-school-is-cool) ##### [![BALWIN – WHERE FAMILY MATTERS!](https://news.balwin.co.za/hubfs/Imported_Blog_Media/Paardevlei-Lifestyle-Estate-2.jpeg) Lifestyle • July 30, 2021 BALWIN – WHERE FAMILY MATTERS! 2 min read](https://news.balwin.co.za/news-events/balwin-where-family-matters) ### About Balwin - [About Balwin Properties](https://balwin.co.za/introducing-balwin) - [The World of Balwin](https://balwin.co.za/balwin-world) - [Careers](https://balwin.co.za/careers-at-balwin) - [Customer Portal](https://my.balwin.co.za) ### Developments - [All Developments](https://balwin.co.za/developments) - [Why Choose Balwin?](https://balwin.co.za/introducing-balwin) - [Awards](https://balwin.co.za/awards) - [Past Developments](https://balwin.co.za/past-developments) ### Legal - [Procurement Terms & Conditions](https://balwin.co.za/terms/LET-PMT-002_Procurement_Terms-and-Conditions_Rev-03.pdf) - [Website Terms & Conditions](https://balwin.co.za/terms/Terms-and-Conditions.pdf) [![Balwin Properties](https://balwin.co.za/img/balwin-logo.png "Balwin Properties")](https://balwin.co.za/) #### Download the Balwin Properties App The Balwin app provides a convenient platform for residents to access content, services, and development-related information directly from your phone.
