Since inception in 1996, we have had our finger on the pulse of what discerning South African property buyers want and need. Balwin has been designing, building, marketing and selling secure, affordable, top-quality, environmentally friendly sectional title residential apartments in beautifully appointed lifestyle estates across the country. If the value of a residential property can be determined according to what you pay versus what you receive, what our lifestyle estate residents receive far exceeds what they pay. That’s value. We have a portfolio of over 70 developments and are currently developing in Gauteng, Western Cape and KZN. All Balwin’s 1, 2 and 3-bedroom apartments are intelligently designed for optimum space and privacy. They are Wi-Fi enabled and include cutting-edge finishes, prepaid utility meters, spa-like bathrooms and modern-fitted kitchens with eco-friendly appliances. Each top-quality apartment’s open plan design flows effortlessly from indoors to outdoors, enabling all residents, no matter their ages or stages of life, to enjoy the naturally beautiful, landscaped and secure surroundings. Our developments epitomise ‘lifestyle experience’ with most including a selection of onsite leisure, entertainment and sports facilities in a state-of-the-art Lifestyle Centre incorporating a gym, concierge, laundromat, restaurant, swimming pool, braai area, squash courts, sports fields and more. The safety of every resident and visitor is a top priority. All Balwin lifestyle estates are protected by world-class 24/7 security systems. As the country emerges from the challenges of the past year, our experienced team of professionals will continue to oversee all aspects of the development process to ensure the high standards of quality for which Balwin is renowned.       ### Related Articles ##### [![CELEBRATING MANDELA DAY 2018](https://news.balwin.co.za/hubfs/Imported_Blog_Media/CELEBRATING-MANDELA-DAY-2018-600x339-1.jpg) Foundation • June 19, 2018 CELEBRATING MANDELA DAY 2018 0 min read](https://news.balwin.co.za/news-events/celebrating-mandela-day-2018) ##### [![FOR GENERATIONS TO COME!](https://news.balwin.co.za/hubfs/Imported_Blog_Media/article-image-copy-300x300-1.jpg) Lifestyle • October 01, 2020 FOR GENERATIONS TO COME! 1 min read](https://news.balwin.co.za/news-events/for-generations-to-come) ### About Balwin - [About Balwin Properties](https://balwin.co.za/introducing-balwin) - [The World of Balwin](https://balwin.co.za/balwin-world) - [Careers](https://balwin.co.za/careers-at-balwin) - [Customer Portal](https://my.balwin.co.za) ### Developments - [All Developments](https://balwin.co.za/developments) - [Why Choose Balwin?](https://balwin.co.za/introducing-balwin) - [Awards](https://balwin.co.za/awards) - [Past Developments](https://balwin.co.za/past-developments) ### Legal - [Procurement Terms & Conditions](https://balwin.co.za/terms/LET-PMT-002_Procurement_Terms-and-Conditions_Rev-03.pdf) - [Website Terms & Conditions](https://balwin.co.za/terms/Terms-and-Conditions.pdf) [![Balwin Properties](https://balwin.co.za/img/balwin-logo.png "Balwin Properties")](https://balwin.co.za/) #### Download the Balwin Properties App The Balwin app provides a convenient platform for residents to access content, services, and development-related information directly from your phone.
