The festive season’s so close you can see it, feel it, taste it. It’s in the longer, hotter days and shorter, warmer nights, the spring in people’s step, their wind down, relaxed attitudes and ready smiles, the Euro-Caribbean sounds of Boney M complementing the early Christmas decorations in Malls. School exams will soon be over and many families will be taking their annual leave. It’s summertime and, especially if you live in a Balwin lifestyle estate, the living is fine! The Balwin Estate lifestyle is actually a health style. No matter your age or stage of life, each top-quality Balwin apartment’s open-plan design promotes an appreciation of nature and the outdoors. Enjoy the visual feast of plants and flowers in full bloom in the beautifully landscaped gardens and picnic areas. Welcome the early morning sun warm on your face when running, jogging or walking on your estate’s onsite track. It’s wonderful how, as summer sets in, neighbours who have emerged from the hibernation of winter and the promise of spring, are now fully enjoying the health and leisure facilities of the state-of-the-art Lifestyle Centre. You can: - Work off your winter gain in the fully-equipped world-class gym - Have an early morning or a late-afternoon game of touch or fives with mates on the sports field - Invite family and friends for a braai beside the communal swimming pool - Relax with a well-deserved, after-workout treatment at the spa - Sip cocktails in the communal bar/lounge - Treat the family to a meal at the onsite Amici Pizzeria. ### Related Articles ##### [![FESTIVE BY DESIGN!](https://news.balwin.co.za/hubfs/Imported_Blog_Media/festive-by-design-600x338-1.jpg) Lifestyle • December 03, 2019 FESTIVE BY DESIGN! 1 min read](https://news.balwin.co.za/news-events/festive-by-design) ##### [![BUYING A NEW HOME?
