For World Water Day (22nd March). Billions of people and countless schools, businesses, healthcare centres, farms and factories don’t have the safe water and toilets they need.
To accelerate change, we held a water awareness day for the WORLD WATER DAY through our water safety and swimming programme in KwaDukuza, World Water Week is about accelerating change to solve the water and sanitation crisis in the world, to meet the Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 6: water and sanitation for all by 2030.
Since water affects us all, we need everyone to act and the best way is to start raising awareness within our communities, schools and even through swimming programmes. As Balwin we are taking action through awareness to make a difference by changing the way we use, consume and manage water in our lives.
